Teaching Conference –The Vision:

The church comprises mostly of people who are not functioning as believers. Being born again confers on us the responsibility of being the witnesses of Christ; and as thrilling and as rewarding as this job is, many in Christendom don’t partake of it.

Today in Christendom, one sees a mass of laymen; people who are contented to just come to fellowship, sing, dance and listen to sermons without declaring the works of God. Many find it difficult to witness about the saving grace in Jesus; they cannot pray for their own healing talk less of ministering deliverance to the needy, and always leave the workings of the power of God to church leaders.
This however is not the Christianity in the Bible; and it stems from the wrong teachings they have imbibed (e.g. Christianity goes beyond teachings on how to receive from God to how to live to please Him).

To change this negative outlook that has given rise to wrong values, the Church has to be Re-Orientated – we need to be taught afresh.
The Teaching Seminar organized by The Christian Brethren Church is an avenue where the facts re examined afresh, in the light of the Holy Spirit and without emotion or bias.
